To Print Handouts:
Download Power Point Viewer if you do not currently have Powerpoint installed.
2. Click on the presentation you wish to print.
3. A window will appear, choose OPEN.
4. Click FILE.
5. Choose PRINT.
6. In the lower left corner of the print window, change ‘slides’ to HANDOUTS.
7. Just below that, choose GRAYSCALE.
8. On the lower right corner of the print window, choose number of slides per page - 3.
9. Click OK.
